Taya is a California native, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Upon graduating University of Oregon, Taya became a licensed realtor and started her real estate career in San Francisco. In 2006, Taya moved to Los Angeles where she worked as an actress and television host. In 2009, she rekindled her real estate career working closely with a top agent on over $30MIL in gross sales in the Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Santa Monica.

Taya set her attention on the South Bay in the summer of 2012. She joined a local brokerage, NW Real Estate Brokers and partnered with the Dave Salzman Team.

2014 was a pivotal year for Taya; she joined the Manhattan Beach Branch of Coldwell Banker, gave birth to her first child, and grossed over $10,000,000 in residential sales.

What separates Taya from other Realtors is her attention for detail, her extensive knowledge of online marketing and technology, her understanding of the nuances of the South Bay, her networking skills, tenacious work ethic and her ability to confidently negotiate on behalf of her clients. Taya regularly takes continuing real estate education courses to stay ahead of the curve and works with a business coach on a weekly basis to keep her business thriving. She also dedicates time to her local South Bay Association of Realtors by serving as a committee member of the Young Professionals Network.
