Born and raised in Palos Verdes, Chad is a full-time realtor who has been awarded Top Producing Realtor in the South Bay the last 12 consecutive years. In those 12 years he has been recognized in the top 1% Nationally and sold over $550 million. His success can be attributed to his foundational belief: personal service. He specializes in helping clients from Manhattan Beach to Palos Verdes devise the best strategies for buying and selling single family homes, condos, town-homes and income properties alongside delivering the highest level of customer service in the South Bay real estate market. Clients consistently believe that his market knowledge of the South Bay makes them feel most comfortable in choosing him as their realtor. 

After growing up in Palos Verdes and venturing to the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, he returned back to the South Bay to marry his wife Aimee Fahlbusch, who was born and raised in Kauai, Hawaii. He and Aimee are the proud parents of two boys, Thatcher and Blake. Chad and Aimee are extremely active in the community and maintain a strong belief that whatever they put into the community is what they will get out of it. 

Chad's business background started at a very early age after being raised in a family business headquartered in Torrance. His father started VTE Mobile Television Productions which provided all of the live television production equipment, trucks and crews for over 1000 live sporting events annually. After graduating college he was involved in producing over 3 years of Major League Baseball.  In July of 1998,  the family business was sold to Oaktree Capital in New York. That was when the real estate bug finally hit Chad and it has been the perfect match ever since.
