Kathy has been a resident of Redondo Beach for over 30 years with expertise throughout the entire South Bay, covering Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Riviera Village and Palos Verdes.

Having raised my children in the South Bay,  I personally know the unique features and benefits to life here at the beach and “on the hill.” in Palos Verdes.    I believe in managing the complicated elements of each transaction behind the scenes, not wasting our clients valuable time, while at the same time insuring a level of constant communication so that everyone is clear on what the other is thinking and feeling.
