Craig O’Rourke has worked in the real estate industry full time as a sales agent and branch manager since 1992. Having worked as a Branch Manager Craig oversaw the daily operations of two flagship Coldwell Banker offices managing nearly one billion dollars in sales.

In his career Craig has personally represented several hundred clients in every facet of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, investment and development and a seasoned relocation specialist. Craig has also served on the Presidents Counsel as an advisor to the President of Coldwell Banker and recently completed a book on utilizing real estate investments as a retirement tool.

Craig is also the author of Destination Perpetuity a step by step guide book on utilizing income producing properties as a retirement vehicle. Craig has consistently ranked among the top agents both locally and nationally having received numerous top sales awards including Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Presidents Award.
